alexa ranking doesn't work on Vista! March 31, 2009 at 2:54 pm

Alexa rankings can’t be the sole determinants of measuring a sites importance and popularity as the http://www.alexa.com/data/details/main/fortunehotels.in rankings do not take into account all the browser types like Windows Vista etc.

Good Listing , Man. Thanks..

You’re welcome. :)

gigaplex August 23, 2009 at 4:25 pm

This list is a bit of a joke, while useful these aren’t really plugins. For example, privoxy is installing a local proxy server that blocks the ads, and has nothing to do with chrome.

Harshad August 23, 2009 at 8:00 pm

I agree with you, but you’re not the only one who read this useful list. There are hundreds of people who visit this post on regular basis and we can’t expect everyone to know about bookmarklets and add-ons. So, I deliberately used *chrome plugins* in this list, as it’s very convenient for a common man. :)

Dear Harshad Sawant, nice collection yes, but I afraid you use Google to tranlate your post in French and it is a mess. LOL !

Harshad September 3, 2009 at 1:14 pm

Sorry for the inconvenience. I really can’t do much in this issue as Google translates all my pages in different languages with the help of their translator engines.

Anime June 19, 2010 at 10:10 am

apparently google chrome – as of april 2010, is only used be 13% of the internet. It's safe to say they aren't one of the most used, as Firefox and IE own that spot.

Harshad June 20, 2010 at 7:38 am

People (including me) were hoping that Google will try to capture the browser market with their Google Chrome browser, but they haven't shown any significant growth in past few months. I just hope that they would bring something new in the browser to make it a popular browser in the world.
