Apple Rock and Roll event has been ended just now and as we’ve reported earlier, Steve Jobs, one of the main attractions of the event, made his first appearance after long period.

iPhone OS 3.1
iPhone OS 3.1 is now officially available for iPhone and iPod Touch users. It can be downloaded from iTunes 9. This firmware update is free for everyone. So, iPod Touch users can also download it for free of cost.
If you’re using unlocked iPhone then don’t update your firmware, wait for the announcement of iPhone Dev team.
iTunes 9
iTunes 9 is now comes with more advanced features. Here’s a list of new features that are included in iTunes 9.

iPod Touch prices have been decreased by Apple and now they are available at affordable ranges.

iPod Classic 160 GB is now available at $250.
iPod Shuffle have no controls on the device. It can be controlled by headset. A 2GB iPod Shuffle costs for $59.
iPod Nano 5G
iPod Nano 5G, one of the much awaited announcements of the Apple event, is now officially released. iPod Nano 5G is a combination of iPod Touch and iPod shuffle, which also has a dedicated video camera.

However, iPod Touch fans are not very happy with this announcement. They will have to purchase iPod Nano to get the experience of video camera and FM radio features.
