LG to bring Android 2.1 and Windows Mobile 7 Phones

It is being said that HTC will bring Windows Mobile 7 on HTC HD2 and they also have plans to release Android 2.1 update for other Android based devices like HTC Hero and HTC Droid Eris.

Now, LG is also preparing its mobile phones for Android 2.1 and Windows Mobile 7. A popular French tech blogger Eric of Presse Citron, has tweeted about LG’s upcoming mobile phones.

He has tweeted than LG is going to launch an Android 2.1 device in April and a Windows Mobile 7 phone in September. Both the phones are expected to launch in the US and then Europe.

It seems he has deleted the tweets, but Engadget guys have put up a screenshot of real time Google search, which shows some related tweets in French. Have a look at it below.

LG has launched few interesting phones in 2009, but they couldn’t make it to the top mobile phones list. MWC is going to start in next month, and we might get more insightful information from the company.
