Samsung Epic 4G and Vibrant users are eagerly waiting to receive Android 2.2 upgrade on their phones. The Samsung team is working on Android 2.2 Froyo for these two phones and it will hopefully arrive soon.
Apparently, Android 2.2 OS update for Samsung Epic 4G and Vibrant has been leaked on the Internet. Those who have tried these leaked files on their phones have found out that these firmwares are quite unstable.
If you really want to try Android 2.2 OS, developers at XDA forums have developed custom firmwares for Samsung Vibrant users. You can download the custom firmwares from following links.
Samsung has not released the official firmware yet, so you might find some bugs and errors in above custom firmwares too. Try them at your own risk.
