LG Electronics, one of the official Windows Phone 7 device manufacturers, have officially confirmed that they are going to launch a Windows Phone 7 based mobile phone in September 2010.

LG’s representative have talked to PC World about company’s future strategies and Windows Phone 7 devices. According to LG, the new mobile OS phones are ready to go, and they are planning to launch more phones at the end of this year.

Windows 95 has already been ported to Windows Mobile based HTC HD2, and now Microsoft’s operating system has got a new place to reside in. A developer at XDA forums has managed to run Windows 95 on Android platform.

Since the announcement of Windows Phone 7, we have seen lots of updates, news and rumors about the mobile operating system and its services. Today, Microsoft has revealed Windows Phone Live service for future Windows Phone 7 enabled devices.

The service is nothing but an upgraded version of Windows Mobile’s MyPhone service. Windows Phone Live allows user to sync contacts, calendars, OneNote files, pictures and more. It will also provide device location and remote wipe facilities for free of cost.

Microsoft has just made an important announcement about Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 in today’s Worldwide Partner Conference 2010.

The corporate Vice President of Windows team has announced the public availability of Windows7 SP1 beta as well as Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 Beta. The Windows 7 SP1 will have certain patches to fix the bugs in the operating system and will also include RemoteFX to provide 3D graphics for remote users.
