One click jailbreak is not new to iPhone world, but the situation is not the same in Android community. Until now, we had to follow numerous steps to get the root access of Android phones, which were really difficult to remember and implement each time.
A developer at All Driod has released a new application for Droid X users, which allow anyone to root as well as unroot the devices with just single click. Now, there is absolutely no need to have technical knowledge about rooting the devices.

You will have to install the application on your Windows PC (as it doesn’t work on Mac). The application will ask you whether you want to root or unroot the device. Just click on appropriate option to get the desired results.
At this moment, you can only root the device for tethering and installing some of the Android apps. The custom ROMs are not available for Droid X as hackers have not solved the mystery of bootloader.
For more information on how to use this GUI application, read the instructions here.
Note: If you try to root the Droid X, it will void the warranty of device.
