GeoHot to release Untethered Jailbreak for iOS 4.2.1?

We already know that MuscleNerd (iPhone Dev Team) and Pod2g (Chronic Dev Team) have untethered exploits for upcoming jailbreak tools, and these two hackers’ team might release their tools anytime soon.

In recent conversation between MuscleNerd and Po2g, the Dev team member revealed that GeoHot, Limera1n developer, also has an iboot-level untether exploit. According to him, Hotz will release his jailbreak tool after 10th February, 2011, as Apple and Verizon will launch the CDMA iPhone 4 in US market for the first time in history.

Again, we haven’t heard anything from GeoHot about his future jailbreaking plans, so it should be considered as a rumor. Once the tool is released, we’ll let you know about it.
