Earlier today, I had posted two important Limera1n guides for iPod Touch and iPhone devices, and now it’s time to share the guide for iPad devices.
In case you are not aware of the Limera1n tool, it is based on bootrom exploit. Current version of Limera1n is still in Beta and works only on Windows platform. Let’s see the guide below.
Guide to jailbreak iPad OS 3.2.2 with Limera1n
Requirements:
- iPad OS 3.2.2
- iTunes 10
- Limera1n
Steps to follow:
1. Download above mentioned files to your computer.
2. Connect iPad to the computer and sync it with iTunes 10.
3. Now, open the Limera1n tool and click on ‘Make it ra1n’.
4. It will automatically detect your iPad and put it in recovery mode.
5. Now, follow the screen instructions to get the DFU mode.
6. Finally, you’ll get the following message.
7. Restart your iPad.
