If you’re not a geek, you may need some time to understand and get used to the next generation OS as it’s a complete makeover of Windows 7. One of the familiar menus in Windows, Start Menu, has also been changed to the Metro Start screen. Now, you can imagine the level of modifications done by Redmond engineers.
For now, you can use a workaround technique to get back to the classic start menu in Windows 8. And to do so, you will have to download a free Windows 8 app called Windows 8 Start Menu Toggle.
