I have tweaked my catecorys to have Content (Introductory Headline and Content) with Thesis.

And the Problem stays, they wont show in the Menu if they dont have Articles in it. Too bad. Maybe i just make my "new homepage" Article so that it shows in the category that should show up.. still a workaround sadly...

@SonDan:
To get drop down menues with categorys you need to select the parent and the children kategories. You have to make the subcategories children in your kategories settings. Other than that, i dont get your problem fully i guess

Hello,

I have two single categories that I have had in my nav a while. But I cant seem to get two other categories and their subcategories to appear in the nav bar.

I have tried selecting both just the two main categories and the two main categories and their respective subcategories but nothing works. I just get an overflow of categories and not two drop down categories as anticipated.

Can you or one of your readers help or point me to a solution please?

Thanks for reading.

You will have to write posts in all categories. If you don't have posts in other three categories, it will not show up on the nav bar.
