iPhone OS 3.1.3 jailbreaking tools are slowly started appearing on the internet. Sn0wbreeze tool is already available and we might see updated versions of some other popular tools very soon.
If you want to unlock your iPhone, you can use either ultrasn0w or blacksn0w. Both the tools work very smoothly and help unlock the device. In case you don’t know how to operate any of the above tools, you can follow the given tutorial below.
Note: Don’t use following guides on latest 05.12.01 baseband. It’s not compatible with ultrasn0w and blacksn0w.
Unlock iPhone 3.1.3 with Ultrasn0w 0.92
Unlocking iPhone 3.1.3 with ultrasn0w tool is very easy and we can follow same steps which we have used for earlier firmware updates.
Steps to follow:
1. Start Cydia application on iPhone.
2. Select Manage and go to Sources.
3. Now, add given repo by using Edit option.
Repo: http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com
4. Search ultrasn0w on Cydia and install Ultrasn0w 0.92.
5. Restart the iPhone. Your iPhone is now unlocked.
Unlock iPhone 3.1.3 with Blacksn0w
Blacksn0w is another tool for unlocking and you will have to follow almost all the steps used in above tutorial.
Just include blackra1n repo instead of ultrasn0w repo.

And, you will have to install Blacksn0w tool in 4th step.
