Just now, iPhone Dev team has pushed the Ultrasn0w 1.2.4 unlock update to unlockers. In case you haven’t followed it earlier, please read the guidelines suggested by the developers.
Ultrasn0w 1.2.4 works with following basebands -
- iPhone 3G & iPhone 3GS – 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04, and 06.15.00.
- iPhone 4 – 01.59.00.

Unlock iPhone iOS 5 using Ultrasn0w 1.2.4
1. Open Cydia app on your iPhone and tap on Manage tab.
2. Add this Ultrasn0w repo in Sources -
http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com
3. Tap on Ultrasn0w and install it on your device.
4. Done! Restart your iPhone.
