Once again, the new iPad rumors have started to float on the internet! Apple’s upcoming tablet, iPad 3, is now expected to be available in the next 3-4 months period.

The sources close to Digitimes have suggested that Apple will cut the iPad 2 production rate and will begin the manufacturing of iPad 3 with its partners in the first quarter of 2012.
OEM production of iPad 2 will remain high at 14-15 million units in the fourth quarter of 2011 but decline to 4-5 million units in the first quarter of 2012, paving the way for the launch of the new iPads, the sources noted.
As previously reported by other sources, Apple will host another event in the beginning of next year where the team will demonstrate the features of this new gadget. The final product, however, will be available after the official announcement at the event.
The much awaited Retina Display feature, high-resolution camera and high-capacity RAM will probably be featured in iPad 3 tablet. Currently, Apple holds over 80% of market in the tablet field, which is obviously a big plus point for the company. With the upcoming launch, it seems like new iPad will just strengthen company’s position in the global market.
