Are you waiting for new firmware update for iPhone? Well, Boy Genius from BGR, posted server logs on his blog which indicates that Apple team is testing iPhone OS 3.1.3 and iPhone OS 4.0.
Apple team has not released any new update since iPhone 3.1.2 and it’s possible that their developers have prepared new firmware for iPhone. They might release iPhone 3.1.3 soon to fix some minor bugs.
BGR Server Logs -

BGR had also published same kind of server logs in the past to confirm Google Nexus One. One can easily create this type of logs by using technical skills. It can also be done by changing browser’s string using Mozilla Firefox plugin.
I don’t think these logs are enough to say anything about the release of iPhone 3.1.3 and iPhone 4.0. Currently, iPhone require a new update to compete with android based phones. Otherwise, Android is almost ready to take over the market in upcoming years.
So now wait for an official announcement from Apple team and try to neglect such iPhone firmware update rumors.
