JailbreakMe 3.0 for iPad 2 to be released in Next Week?

When Apple launched iPad 2 earlier this year, users were expecting a quick jailbreak for the device. Unfortunately, jailbreak tool developers couldn’t find any easy exploit, as Apple has patched most of the holes in new iPad hardware.

Comex, the JailbreakMe developer, has recently found a loophole in Apple’s system and now he is going to release JailbreakMe 3.0 for iPad 2.

JailbreakMe

JailbreakMe 3.0 is said to be a userland tool, which allows users to jailbreak their iDevices from the browser. So, there is no need to download any tool on your computer.

According to Paul, a credible source, Comex will release his next jailbreak tool before next Wednesday.

So @comex is *hoping* to make the jailbreak of the iPad 2 public sometime before wednesday. Don’t report it as a deadline, because it’s not.

But as mentioned in above text, this is not a deadline for new jailbreak tool’s release. It might also get delayed. On the other hand, Comex has not spoken anything about its release date.
