Motorola Droid 2 follows iPhone 4′s Antennagate Issue

Apple’s iPhone 4 is not the only victim of antennagate issue! Motorola’s much hyped phone Droid 2 is also showing the symptoms of antenna-fever and the users have already started reporting it to the company.

This time the Droid 2 signal issue seems to be different from what we have heard and seen in iPhone 4 devices. Some Droid 2 users are claiming that the new phone has antenna reception problem and it appears without even touching to the actual device.

In iPhone 4’s case, signal drop occurs when a user holds the device in particular way. However, Motorola’s Droid 2 issue is very much serious and it definitely needs to be fixed soon

Apple has been providing free bumpers and cases to make the device more usable, where as Motorola has not announced any such fix or solution to their phones’ signal problem. Earlier, Apple had published the videos of some other phones to demonstrate and confirm the antennagate issue, and now we can firmly believe that iPhone 4 antenna reception problem does exist in other smartphones.
