Good news for Nexus S users! A couple of developers, Borky_16 and Shabbypenguine, have recently released one click root tool for Nexus S and Nexus S 4G phones respectively.
Now, you don’t have to follow all those complex methods to get root access of your device. Just one click and you’re done!
For Nexus S users -
The developer has mentioned few guidelines for users. Please read them carefully before using this tool.
- This Tool will unlock your Bootloader so your Data and SD-Card will be deleted! So, make a Backup of your SD-Card and /data partition.
- 32- & 64- Bit Drivers are included you have to install them by your own! You have to choose Samsung and click yes!
- The Recovery that will be flashed is ClockworkMOD 3.0.2.4 from koush so it will work for i9020A, i9020T and i9023.
- After the Rooting, you should make a Backup of your /efs folder! use my EFS Tool!

Shabbypenguine has also updated his tool to version 2.0. Here’s the changelog -
Added busybox install
Removed that pesky installrecovery.sh so now anyone running this will have cwm
