In the world of modern technology, everyone has right to enjoy different tech services, but unfortunately Pakistan has banned some popular websites in the country. Obviously, there is a genuine reason for taking such drastic step.
This controversy started when Islam devotees found a Facebook fan page attracting people to join “Everybody Draw Muhammad Day”, and now the issue has become very sensitive as a Pakistani court has ordered to block Facebook for few days.

Depictions of Muhammad is strictly prohibited in Islam religion, but some people are totally against this tradition. However, Islam followers now want Facebook to remove this page and other such information.
Apparently, Pakistan government has blocked some other services like YouTube and Flickr because of caricatures of the Prophet Muhammad found on these sites. Wikipedia was also down for few hours.
As per the court orders, Facebook will be down till May 31st. So, Pakistani users have no other choice than staying away from above mentioned sites.
