Untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1 is here! After getting the important exploit from i0n1c, iPhone Dev team has quickly developed, Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC9, a perfect jailbreak tool for all the jailbreakers.
If you haven’t read our earlier report, Redsn0w 0.9.6 RC9 tool can be used on following iDevices -
- iPod Touch 3G
- iPod Touch 4G
- iPhone 3GS
- iPhone 4 (GSM only)
- iPad (1st generation only)
This untethered jailbreak is said to be working on previously jailbroken iDevices i.e. if you’ve jailbroken your device with Sn0wbreeze 2.4 b1, you can still run the Redsn0w tool to get the untethered facility.
Note: Ultrasn0w users should stay away from Redsn0w. iPhone Dev team is working on some bug fixes.
