Report: ‘All iPhones’ Vulnerable to Virus Attack

iphone-virus We all have been listening about jailbroken iPhones getting vulnerable to malicious viruses. In the last month we have seen a destructive virus called iPhone/Privacy.A hit so many jailbroken devices.

An interesting research report on iPhone viruses has revealed some important and shocking facts about the Apple iPhone. Swiss iPhone developer, Nicolas Seriot has mentioned in his report that ‘all iPhones’ are vulnerable to malwares and viruses.

A hacker can use security loop holes in iPhone to get the access of victim’s phone. If he gets access to an iPhone, he can do anything with it. It becomes easy to steal the data once you get into someone’s mobile phone. Nicolas Seriot has advised iPhone users to stop using unauthorized app on the iPhone.

These hackers can seriously damage the phone and data with their viruses. Seriot has also suggested some preventive measures to stay away from iPhone viruses. One of them is keeping a firewall app on iPhone that can trace suspicious things and block them immediately.

It is quite true that iPhone OS is much secured than any other mobile OS, but that doesn’t mean you are completely safe from viruses. It would be a disaster to avoid Seriot’s suggestions. His research clearly shows that even non-jailbroken iPhones are not safe.

So, now try to keep your iPhone as secure as possible by following above mentioned guidelines.
