The Government owned telecom operator – Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has started working on building an alternative fibre-network for the defense system of India.
Currently, the defense authorities of India using the 3G spectrum for their own needs. The creation of an alternative fibre network will enable the defense authorities to vacate the 3G spectrum on time.

Criteria for minimum bid will be depending upon the frequency of occurrences of a digit in entire number and as the same number repeats, the price will also increase and considering this minimum bidding criteria, amount will be ranging from Rs. 7,500 to Rs. 50,000.
Another important thing is if you want mobile number containing eight similar digits then the minimum bid is Rs. 50,000 and if you have six similar digits in mobile number then the minimum bid is fixed and you will have to pay Rs. 15,000.This entire process will continue till more 7 days i.e. till July 28.
