Although Apple has not launched any hardware product in this year’s WWDC 2011 event, users are still expecting to hear about new products. Many sources have been claiming that Apple may upgrade its Mac Pro and Mac Mini lineups for this season, but so far we haven’t heard anything from Apple folks.

CNet’s Brian Tong has also speculated on Twitter that Apple will be launching a new range of products this year. According to his sources, next generation Mac Pros and Mac Minis will arrive in the month of July or August. Here’s the scoop -

As said above, both these products will feature Sandy Bridge CPUs and Thunderbolt ports, which are already available on new iMac computers. So now, there is no point in buying new Macs. Let’s wait for Apple to announce the upgraded products.
