TinyUmbrella creator, Notcom, has now shifted his focus to another tool, TinyPwn, which will allow users to modify iOS firmware. Similar to PwnageTool and Sn0wbreeze, TinyPwn will work on Mac, Windows and Linux platform.
For iPhone unlockers, this new tool will bring SHSH blobs saving facility. So, now there is no need to download TinyUmbrella separately; you can simply run TinyPwn on your computer to use this feature.

The developer hasn’t mentioned any tentative release date for his tool, but it seems that he will release it when iOS 4.3 jailbreak comes out.
In case you haven’t jailbroken your iDevice running on iOS 4.2.1 firmware, try any of the following tools to get untethered jailbreak. However, do note that there is no unlock tool available for iOS 4.2.1 based devices.
