@Gagan – "No One" will be bit of a strong statement. You never know what's in store. When Google was initially release, no one really thought they could take over Yahoo. If you are an oldtimer – you'd ROFL if someone said that.

But Google's efficiency proved everyone wrong. But Google is not perfect either – What if someone comes up with, a technology that proves more efficient than google ? Then – it'll be the Google slayer

Competition is tougher than what it was in early and late 90's, but not impossible

i somehow feel Wolphram alpha was released too early. Its still in "pre-alpha" stage, not even beta

Let's see how effective they will be when it comes to delivering ..

Cuil came and left without much impression .. Google is the biggest blackhole, any strong source of light is too faint in front of it
