Yesterday, many people were talking about Windows 7 Release Candidate. I didn’t give too much attention on those rumors, but today Windows 7 Build 7100 surfaced on the internet which is also named as Windows 7 RC.
Windows 7 RC Build 7100 has been leaked on the torrent website and it is available in X86 and X64 versions i.e. 32 Bit and 64 Bit respectively. Windows 7 RC has a build number – 7100.0.winmain_win7rc.090421-1700. Looking at the build number of Windows 7 Build 7100, we can confirm that it was compiled on April 21st, 2009.

You can download the RC on microsoft’s website atm with all legit product keys etc s… I am runnign 64 bit windows 7 on my laptop and is great. Its driver compatbility is not bad (better than vista – suprisingly). The drivers, especially my video driver, is a bit flakey but has not had serious errors. Can not wait for proper window 7 drivers and it will make windows 7 best os microsoft has made.
