After the first milestone build, Windows 8 Build 7955 (M2) has been leaked on the Internet and is available for those who have private access to FTP services. Windows 8 Build 7955 is actually a pre-Milestone 3 build, but the leaker prefers to call it as Windows 8 Milestone 2.
According to the person who has leaked this copy of Windows 8, users can unlock following features -

- Full DWM (hideblur)
