At MIX10, Microsoft officially released development tools for Windows Phone 7 series. These tools basically allow developers to understand the OS and build innovative apps for it.
Microsoft has provided the ROM image in the emulator CTP, which is locked for full fledge access. But now, Dan Ardelean of Mobile Development, has successfully unlocked the Windows Phone 7 ROM image.
With the help of Hacked.BIN file, anyone can easily get the full access of Windows Phone 7. The author has removed the link of the file, but you can download it from XDA forum.
Apart from this, there is no more information available. However, the full access to ROM image will greatly help explore the new features of Windows Phone OS.
