Finally!!! The Windows Phone 7 got introduced by Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and he mentioned about the customization abilities of the phone. Showing off a bit about the Xbox Live, Home Screen, he moved forward to introduce the 9 smartphones running Windows Phone 7 ready for the launch.
The nine ready to be shipped models are from HTC, LG, Dell, Samsung. The phones are in all form factors which are the current standards of the market today, with large screens, some with keypads and some made rough for work, like the one from Dell. All the devices look amazingly beautiful, specially the HTC HD7.
Mr. Ballmer also mentioned about the phone to be available with over 60 mobile operators around the world offering the phone in around 30 countries. Ralph De la Vega of AT&T announced that on November 8th, they will be launching three Windows Phone 7 devices all over. The phones on stage for launch from AT&T on 8th November are HTC Surround, LG Quantum and Samsung Focus. All these three phones will be priced at $199.99 on AT&T.
