WordPress 2.5.1 is working fine

Oh yes! That’s true.

Some days ago I wrote an article about bugs in WordPress 2.5.1 here. I was facing problems with Save and Publish buttons in WordPress 2.5.1 but after reading a comment by Otto and following his suggestions, everything is working fine for me.

The blinking save/publish issue is caused by not uploading ALL of the 2.5.1 files.

Reupload all the WordPress files, paying special attention to the wp-settings.php file and all the other ones in the WordPress root directory.

This is, in fact, reproducible. Install WordPress 2.5.1. Then overwrite wp-settings.php with the old one from WordPress 2.5. Voila.
