If you’re looking for a driver with a low spin, that is also forgiving and has a clean look, then the 0811 x proto driver is definitely worth checking out. With precision weighing technology and an adjustable hosel, you can dial in the ideal ball flight for your swing. Plus, you have the option to upgrade to a premium shaft from Mitsubishi Tensei Raw Blue or Aldila Rogue Elite in flexes senior to extra stiff.

The 0811 x proto driver has a hybrid crown which is designed to shave weight from the high points of the head without sacrificing torsional stability. By removing carbon fiber from the raised section of the crown, they’ve been able to cut weight and make the head more compact without losing performance. The new shape feels more compact at address, and is very sleek looking with a minimal face profile and the raised portion of the crown only visible from a few angles.

Another great feature of the Proto is its ability to reduce spin for players with higher swing speeds and lower ball flights. The forged face is polished to have a slight curvature which helps correct the spin at impact and produce more ball speed on both centered and off-center hits. This is what gives the Proto its impressive distance numbers on tee shots.

The 0811 x proto driver has massive adjustability with four moveable weights in the sole and hosel. The hosel allows you to adjust loft +/- 1.5 degrees, and there are five different settings that adjust the CoG location for optimal performance. The moveable weights allow you to shift the center of gravity around to encourage different shot shapes; putting the heavier weight in the heel will promote a fade and vice versa.
