The 3 day quick fix comes with an eating plan and a workout schedule. There’s a recipe book and you can still eat some treats (just calculate your baseline calories to make sure you’re getting enough of each container). Autumn recommends drinking a lot of water (1 gallon a day), but she does allow coffee and tea as long as no creamers or sweeteners are used, and only stevia is allowed (0/1 single serve packet or 1-2 liquid drops).
The diet consists of six meals spaced 2.5 hours apart. You eat lots of protein and veggies with a teaspoon of coconut oil added to 4 of the 6 meals (and Shakeology). There are no carbs after noontime and you can only have a cup of fruit per day, which is doable.
