The whitening strips from Crest are pretty easy to use – you put them on for thirty minutes a day and after three days you should have a head-turning bright smile. One box is good for 24 treatments and supposedly removes 14 years worth of stains from your teeth. These are also some of the few whitening strips that allow you to sip water during wear (although I don’t think it really makes much difference). You can buy them on Amazon, at Target or at any drugstore. It’s important to read the directions and follow them carefully though – you don’t want to damage your teeth!
