acer aspire e5573g52g3 review

Acer aspire e5-573g-52g3 is a traditional 15.6-inch laptop PC with a budget-class charcoal gray plastic chassis and good components. It runs Windows 10 and features a Full HD display and dedicated graphics. It's a bit bulky, at 1.15 inches thick and 5.29 pounds, but it has good multimedia performance and a large battery.

The main computing work is handled by the Intel Core i5-5200U CPU, an average dual-core processor that does well at crunching everyday tasks. It also has the ability to handle more demanding tasks such as photo editing and video production. It's paired with 8 Gigabytes of RAM memory, which is more than enough for multitasking. The 1920x1080 pixel display is driven by an Nvidia GeForce 940M GPU with 2 Gigabytes of video memory. This is a mainstream chip that can't really play the latest games, but should be able to handle most titles at medium to low details settings on the default 1920x1080-pixel resolution screen.

The keyboard has decent travel for a 1.1 inch thick machine and the island style layout is spacious and comfortable to type on. However, the keys lack backlighting, a feature that's usually present on most laptops in this price range. The trackpad is responsive and the speakers deliver decent quality sound for a budget-class laptop, but they don't have much volume or bass. The 37W battery is a little on the small side, but that's common for this category of laptops.
