acer e5 575g 53vg review

Acer e5 575g 53vg review is one of the best laptops available under $500, which boasts an impressive set of hardware features for such a low price. Its main highlights include a 256GB SSD storage unit, a dedicated Nvidia graphics card and a Full HD display. In addition to that, its Skylake Intel Core i5 processor offers good performance and its 8GB of DDR4 RAM is also quite fast.

The Nvidia GeForce 940MX is not the latest model, but it still manages to keep this laptop fairly competitive in the gaming department. In fact, I could play some of my favorite games such as Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm and Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition on this machine with the graphics settings cranked up to medium or high.

As for the keyboard and touchpad, both of them are decent but not outstanding. They both provide a comfortable typing and smooth scrolling experience. The touchpad is a little small, but it has enough space for two fingers to move freely. On the other hand, the keyboard is a bit short in terms of travel distance and the keys feel shallow and slightly sticky.

Another thing that I liked about the Acer e5-575G-53VG is its healthy collection of ports. On the left side of the device, you'll find a USB 3.0 port and an HDMI port for connecting the laptop to external monitors or HDTVs. There's also a USB 2.0 port, an SD card reader and an ethernet port on this laptop.
