Alex Rims Review

The alex rims are an interesting new type of wheel that combines the best features of traditional clinchers with disc brakes. They look great and are a good choice for cyclists who want an upgrade without breaking the bank.

Alex rims are made of steel or Chromoly and are available in different widths. They are also available in a variety of colors and finishes.

Besides being attractive, these rims can help your bike handle better in wet or slippery conditions. They also have a larger surface area, which can improve your cornering and prevent skids.

They are designed to be tubeless-ready for the best performance and are a good choice for speed riders. They also come in a variety of colors and finishes, so you can find the one that fits your style.

The best part of these rims is that they are easy to mount and can hold up to a lot of abuse. They’re also incredibly light, making them a great choice for those who want to spend less time on the pedals.

I have been riding with Alex rims for a while, and they’re my go-to wheel set on the cyclocross bike that I ride in the winter. They are light enough for training and surprisingly robust, especially with their claimed weight of only 455 grams.

I mounted these rims with the Schwalbe Pro One tubeless tyres that I purchased separately. The mounting process wasn’t complicated, I just used a rim strip tool to remove the tire valve from the rims before inflating them with air. Once the tyre was in place, I used some simple green to help make sure they were properly sealed and stayed up.
