unit 3 chemistry review

AP Chemistry unit 3 covers intermolecular forces, properties of solids, liquids, and gases. It is one of the largest units on the exam and very interesting. Students learn about a variety of properties such as vapor pressure, temperature, boiling and melting points, gas law (PV=nRT), and the ideal gas law. They also examine the solubility rules, separation of mixtures, and how gases change state. Finally, students look at the intriguing quantum idea of light acting both as a particle and a wave (particle-wave duality).

This resource is organized with the Learning Objectives and Essential Knowledge standards written out on the left side of each page with focused, aligned questions on the right. This format makes it easy for students to find the information they are looking for and get to work! Each question is arranged in a table to fit the most on the page. No wasted space! This is a great way for students to prepare digitally or print and complete on paper.
