The Asus Q524UQ is a stylish, versatile convertible laptop that's also very easy to carry. This 15-inch machine boasts a thin profile, a 360-degree rotating display, and the latest Intel Core i7 7th Gen processor, making it a logical choice for anyone who enjoys the simplicity of laptop computing. It even comes with Thunderbolt 3 compatibility.

The Q524UQ's most notable feature is its design, which features a copper-toned frame, a rounded Asus logo on the lid, and a big bezel surrounding the 15-inch display. The Q524UQ is also one of the lightest machines around, at less than three pounds.

The Q524UQ has a good selection of ports, including two USB 3.0 ports, a proprietary port for the subwoofer, and a HDMI output. But it has some weak points, too. It's also a bit sluggish when it comes to multitasking. And the display isn't terribly bright, measuring 258 nits on a light meter.

One of the best parts of the Q524UQ is the Asus software, which includes a variety of handy programs. This includes Flipboard, Music Maker Jam, and a bunch of Asus tools. It also comes with a free subscription to Dropbox for six months. Other software packages include Twitter, Evernote, and Foxit PhantomPDF.

On the other hand, the Q524UQ's biggest flaw is its poor viewing angles. As a result, users are more likely to see performance bumps while working with Photoshop or playing games such as Metro: Last Light.
