autumns concerto review

A Taiwanese drama with a bang of a plot and great acting. This 21 episode drama aired in 2010 and was one of the highest rated idol dramas that year. Although the show has a lot of cliches, it works. It also has some unique twists in the storyline which is nice. The drama also has good character development for all the main characters. It may get a bit dramatic at times, but it is all for the better.

A wealthy lawyer Guang Xi goes to a rural village to do his community service after developing amnesia from a brain tumor. He meets Mu Cheng and her son Xiao Le there. They fall in love but when Guang Xi's memories come back, it brings up conflicting emotions for the couple. Can they reconcile?

The drama has a great cast with Ady An and Vanness Wu being the stars. The chemistry between the leads is very good and the acting is top notch. It is a heart warming drama that will make you laugh and cry at the same time.

The soundtrack is a good mix of songs. Most of the songs are new but there are some oldies that you might know from their past dramas. The best song is probably the first track, "I Love Him". It's a beautiful song and suits the drama very well. It is definitely worth a listen! The rest of the soundtrack is good too. The only downside is that it can be a little repetitive at times.
