bareminerals faux tan face review

The new face tan serum from Bare by Vogue Williams (yes, the DJ and presenter that was on X-Factor - and one of my favourite TV shows) claims to be a hybrid of a truly efficacious skincare serum, and a tanning product. It uses a range of skin-loving ingredients like oatmeal, chamomile, pomegranate and grapefruit to smooth and plump the complexion.

The gradual glow sunless tanner is paraben and fragrance free, and contains plant-derived emolients that lock in moisture without clogging pores. It can be used daily to achieve a subtle sun-kissed look or reapplied for a deeper colour.

It's very easy to apply and dries quickly, without leaving an oily residue. It also leaves a lovely, natural looking tan that fades evenly over time.

I have pale skin and this has given me a very nice golden bronzed tan that lasts a while. It's not as dark as the body tanner but it does work well on my skin and it has a really nice scent of cherry almond.

This was a little more expensive than the body self tanner, but it's a good value for money and it works very well. It's quick drying and has a gel-like consistency that absorbs into the skin very quickly.

I would recommend this product to anyone who has pale skin and wants a subtle glow. I have been using it every few days and I love how it has made my skin look and feel.
