It's not uncommon for a standard duty belt to start falling apart after time. The team over at blue alpha gear have created a product that is built to take this kind of wear and tear.
The belt itself is constructed from two layers of 1.5" webbing and is sewn together with matching color bonded nylon thread for a highly durable, yet flexible belt that looks great as well. The outer belt has MOLLE bands for mounting pouches, holsters and accessories. It's reinforced with bartack at key stress points along the length of the belt as well as a high quality AustriaAlpine EDC buckle rated to sustain an 18,000 pound load.
Adding to the strength of this belt is the fact that it has an unpadded inner belt that mounts via hook-and-loop (female) to the male field on the interior of the outer belt. The inner belt can then be used with a variety of different attachment methods compatible with MOLLE/PALs systems.
In our reviewer's test rig, the outer belt held up well and was able to handle the weight of his gun and mag pouches. The inner belt also managed to keep up with the weight of the outer belt without any issues.
