bombtech irons review 2020

In a world where golf equipment is mostly dominated by the big four, it's always good to see a small company making a name for itself. That's certainly the case with BombTech, a company that has been in business since 2011 and is starting to make a real name for itself. Founded by Tyler Sullivan, a former engineer, BombTech started with the goal of building a driver that could help golfers hit longer, straighter drives.

The result of that effort is the BombTech Grenade driver, a unique club with dual cavities in the sole designed to break up wind resistance and increase golf ball speed. The driver also has a larger sweet spot than most drivers on the market, which means less misses and more distance on every shot.

The driver and the fairway wood are available in a variety of lofts so you can find one that fits your game, and like all BombTech clubs, they come with a 60-day on-course guarantee. But if you're looking for more than just a driver and a fairway wood, the company makes a full iron set from 4-iron to pitching wedge, all made with 431 stainless steel and step-less shafts.

All BombTech clubs are built in Vermont and hand assembled by Sullivan himself, which helps keep the cost down for consumers. The company sells directly to the consumer through their website in order to avoid retail markups. And if you're not quite sure which loft and face angle will work best for your swing, Sully offers the option of custom-fitting each individual club.
