booch pop review

Like many of the sparkling kombucha offerings on the market, booch pop is gluten-free and vegan. It is also USDA organic, and the company says it’s brewed with plant-based fiber that helps promote gut health.

The cans are slim 12 ounces and feature the Health-Ade anchor logo stacked on top of “Booch” layered with a tagline that reads, “A feel good bubbly beverage.” Each SKU has a different color backdrop—Lemon + Lime has yellow accents, Ginger Fizz has a bright aqua green background, and Pom-Berry is purple.

Each flavor is a lighter take on Health-Ade’s flagship kombucha, and they all use the same base brewing process but with a combination of additional flavors and juices. Combined, the drinks have between 40 and 60 calories per can.
