The Woodwind WiFi uses the same Gen 2 PID control panel that’s fitted to their SmokePro models. But what differentiates it is the full-color display on the controller. It easily connects to your home WiFi and lets you monitor and adjust your cook’s settings on your smartphone from anywhere in the world. This feature is great if you need to run out for some groceries or just need to reclaim your time.
This smart cooker also has a built-in cover that protects the display when it’s not in use. And its sturdy construction consists of powder coated steel and stainless steel components. It has a 19 1/2 by 22 inch enameled steel primary cooking area and nickel-plated upper racks for a total of 797 square inches of space that can be heated up to 25,000 BTUs.
Another great feature on this smoker is its ability to grill and sear. With a maximum temperature of 500 degrees, you can easily create some beautiful grill marks on your steaks or veggies. It also has a convenient hopper clean out door that makes it easy to dump out any unused pellets.
