The Davidoff chefs edition 2021 review is the third in a series of limited edition cigars created by the master blenders at Davidoff with four world-renowned chefs. The renowned chefs included in the Chefs Edition are Norbert Niederkofler (co-owner Food Space & Restaurant AlpiNN, Italy), Juan Amador (Amador Restaurant, Vienna), Masa Takayama (Masa, New York City) and Jorge Vallejo (Quintonil, Mexico City).
This special blend of premium cigars is crafted by Davidoff’s master blenders who pair the art of blending with the subject matter of chef’s cuisine, selecting tobacco leaves from their fields that bring life to the cigar. The result is a high-quality, super premium cigar with an unmistakable flavor and aroma.
It features a Habano 2000 wrapper leaf over an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder and a Dominican filler that includes numerous strains of San Vicente. This medium-bodied cigar has a smooth, mellow flavor that’s both creamy and earthy.
The davidoff chefs edition 2021 review started with a very clean, dry and musty wrapper that had a few decently raised veins, even seams and tight cap and head. The pre-light draw gave me a musty cedar and mild white pepper.
