Dice Envy Review

Dice are the only true essential part of any tabletop roleplaying game. What started out as simple colored math rocks now come in a stunning array of shapes, sizes, materials, and colors that many ttrpg fans collect and even accessorize with like jewelry. This has resulted in a growing market of dice sets that work great for D&D, but also would fit right in with any other setting or genre for a tabletop RPG.

Dice Envy is a monthly subscription box aimed at providing gamers with new dice each month to add to their collection and bring some style to their games. The company offers three different tiers of boxes, and the option to prepay for six or 12 months to save money per month.

In each box, you will receive a complete set of dice in a small metal tin. The tin is sturdy enough, but the weight of a heavy metal die can cause it to nudge the lid off if shaken too much. It is best to keep the tin closed or secure it with a rubber band when not in use to avoid losing a die.

These dice are a fantastic addition to any D&D or other roleplaying game, and they would also make an excellent gift for any gaming fan. They are well made, and the numbering is easy to read. While they don't quite make the top spot for the best dice, they certainly earn an honorable mention.
