Everdure by Heston Blumenthal combines the ancient tradition of cooking in a kamado with state of the art full simple to use digital control packing it all inside one sleek and well designed package.

It is striking both inside and out with a solid machine constructed from die cast aluminium and thick gauge metal the outer body is complete with touch glass display and it can be used for smoking, roasting, direct grilling and even high heat baking.

The innovative airflow system utilises both top and bottom vents that are precisely numbered to give a responsive flow of air with an impressive temperature range giving you the flexibility to turn the heat up or down to suit your cooking needs. The LED digital control panel guarantees simple temperature control, enabling you to slow or speed up your BBQ whilst low and slow smoking, convection roasting, open direct grilling and pizza high heat baking.

What's more the everdure by Heston Blumenthal app is available for free download from the apple store and is packed with hints, tips, recipes and alerts. You can also monitor the cooking progress of your food via the app by combining its built in air temperature probes and removable meat probes that connect to an app socket at the rear of the barbecue area.

The everdure by Heston Blumenthal is incredibly efficient using just 2.2 pounds of charcoal for up to 9 hours of cooking. It can be used with or without the included stand for cooking on your back deck, outdoor patio or anywhere you like. It is IPX4 rated so is protected from splashing water, and it comes with an attractive protective cover for your convenience.
