fear the walking dead season 8

Fear the Walking Dead's eighth and final season will debut on May 14 and will feature 12 episodes split across two six-episode blocks - so the first half will premiere first while later this year the other six episodes will go out.

AMC made this announcement at its TWD Universe panel at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, and fans are already anticipating how AMC+ will handle its final season. Instead of premiering one episode per week earlier on AMC+, AMC will broadcast all episodes simultaneously over its streaming platform.

Michael Satrazemis (known for several critically-acclaimed TWD Universe episodes), Heather Cappiello and other new directors will join Michael Satrazemis to hopefully ensure an exceptional Season 8.

Fear the Walking Dead's season 7 finale saw Morgan Jones (Lennie James) and Madison Clark (Kim Dickens) captured by PADRE, an unknown group kidnapping children for unknown purposes. Madison managed to escape, though, and later returned with Wren (Zoey Merchant). Their goal is to rescue Morgan's daughter Mo, but that will prove no simple task.

Fear the Walking Dead's season 8 teaser trailer debuted at WonderCon and promises plenty of action and drama ahead. The trailer showcases many tension-filled moments between Morgan and Madison as they work towards saving Mo. Additionally, this teaser showcases some of the show's best cinematography in recent memory; making this teaser definitely worth your while!

After watching the trailer, many fans are eager to see what is in store for Season 5. Many had been hoping that the show would revamp some of its storytelling, which appears likely. Furthermore, it looks as if things will take a much darker turn this time around; it will be interesting to observe how their characters respond.

The teaser trailer gives us an indication of what to expect from the new cast members. Fans will see fan-favorites such as Alicia Clark (Kim Dickens) and Daniel Salazar (Austin Amelio) return from previous franchise entries; plus additional new characters that fans must wait and discover themselves.
