ferrum bikes review

Drawing on a long tradition of British bicycle design, the Ferrum lightweight road bike is an embodiment of luxury and class. Built with lugged Reynolds 853 tubing, this hand built frame guarantees superior ride quality when matched with smooth shifting and braking of a Shimano 105 groupset.

This is a great bike for someone who wants to explore what aggressive riding can do on a steel frame. It handles very well in a variety of terrain. There is a little bit of lateral flex from the lugs, but it doesn't detract from power transfer or handling. It isn't ideal for very rough trails, but it handles rocks and roots well enough. If you live in a mountainous area and love riding aggressive terrain, a short-travel trail bike may be a better option.
