GARMIN STRIKER 9SV REVIEW

See fish and structure in crystal-clear detail with the easy-to-use, 9” Garmin striker vivid fish finder. The included GT52 transducer gives you traditional CHIRP sonar plus CHIRP ClearVu and CHIRP SideVu scanning sonars. Easily mark and return to your favorite fishing spots using built in high-sensitivity GPS. Store up to 2 million acres of maps with 1’ contours. With Wi-Fi(r) connectivity1 you can connect to the ActiveCaptain app to transfer waypoints, receive smart notifications (including software update notifications), and access the Garmin Quickdraw community.

The Garmin Striker Vivid 9sv comes equipped with a powerful GT52HW-TM transom mount transducer that includes CHIRP traditional sonar plus CHIRP ClearVu/CHIRP SideVu scanning sonars, as well as built in high-sensitivity GPS. It features a bright sunlight-readable 9” 800x480 pixels WVGA high resolution display with an intuitive user interface. It weighs 2.4 lbs and is waterproof to IPx7 standards. It has a powerful 500 W (RMS) power output.

During our garmin striker 9sv review we found that the unit is very easy to operate and has an ergonomic keypad for all the most important functions. Its keyboard is very useful especially for anglers that prefer manual operation. It also features a backlight to help you read the display even in direct sunlight. Another great feature is its high-resolution imaging which allows you to see up to 250 feet in depth and 500 feet wide. This feature is very helpful for ice fisherman to identify their target more easily.
