A BIKE BUILT FOR VERSATILITY CAN ALSO BE QUICK

Giant’s AnyRoad and Specialized Diverge are two of the first in a new category of road bikes called adventure or gravel bikes. These are bikes that are aimed at confident and flexible riders who want a bike that is capable of covering longer miles with comfort. They take a page from endurance road bikes, but with less race focused geometry and more cyclocross inspired handling.

The AnyRoad features Giant’s CoMax composite frame which provides a smooth and efficient ride with improved vibration damping compared to an aluminium frame. The frame also features Giant’s D-Fuse seatpost design which helps soak up bumps and road vibrations for a smoother, more comfortable ride. The AnyRoad is equipped with a performance level 2x11 speed Shimano 105 drivetrain and puncture resistant 32c tires.

Powerful disc brakes are starting to make their way into road bike frames at this price point and both the AnyRoad and the Diverge feature TRP’s Spyre C cable discs which offer large 160mm rotors for better braking in all conditions and terrain. Plus, they come with an integrated speed/cadence sensor called RideSense that allows you to train like a pro when paired to your compatible ANT+ computer or device.
